Welcome to rent this newly built (completed August 2018) penthouse with private roof terrace in high quality on 3rd floor with elevator. The apartment is located in the west part of central Nerja and has both sea view and view to the west seeing the Torrox lighthouse and the mountains in sight. Enjoy the sunset all year round from the roof terrace as well as the west facing balcony. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, and a private roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, sun loungers, dining area, lounge corner as well as a hot spa and shower. 4 adults sleep comfortably, number 5 (and 6) sleeps in bed sofas.
Space
The apartment has 85 square meters of living space divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as an open plan kitchen and living room, there are also two balconies. Continuously bright tone choices with durable stone flooring in light grey parquet imitation. The 85 square meters private roof terrace is accessed from the hall via a marble staircase with comfortable handrails.
The apartment and roof terrace consist of two floors and the apartment floor (first) offers a large kitchen with a round dining table for up to 6 people, a balcony facing west with beautiful views of the mountains, and with the sunset every evening. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, the living area has a sofa, a Samsung 49' SmartTV with international channels. Wifi 300 MB fiber throughout the apartment and on the roof terrace.
The first floor also has two bathrooms with showers, two bedrooms with queen size 160 x 200 cm beds in each bedroom. In the third bedroom, there is a sofa bed 90 x 190 cm. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with large mirrored doors sliding sideways. The master bedroom has a private bathroom (ensuite) and a private balcony.
From the entrance hall, you have access to the private roof terrace using the comfortable marbled stair with handrails. The terrace has a Jacuzzi for 5 and a complete outdoor kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, and Weber gas grill. Lounge corner with five seats, four sun loungers and a comfortable dining area for up to ten people in the sun, or in the comfortable shade under a 4x4 meter awning/sunblind. South, west and north views.
Guest access
Address of the apartment is Calle Almería 4, Edf Gloria, 3rd floor, view to the southwest. Access to the entire apartment including the private roof terrace.Within 100 meters there are: grocery store, cafe, kebab, Spanish restaurant, lunch restaurant, bazaar, pharmacy, doctor and Nerja's largest and freshest playground. Hence also a very child-friendly accommodation, for those who do not need a large pool to swim in. There is no private parking, but free parking on the streets and around, sometimes €1/occasion to stand in the large parking lot. Guarded paid parking is available 400 m away.
Socializing with guests
I live in Nerja and will be close at hand if you need anything. If I am away, there is someone to replace me. I will also be available to offer padel (padeltennis) lessons, as I am a padel instructor. With rackets and balls, not stand up paddel on water ;)

Terrace: towels, Barbecue grill (gas), Spa, extra 10 €/day - up to 40 degrees hot if you want it hot.
For last-minute and monthly bookings, a discount can be offered, depending on season and occupancy.

Price/week:

Mandatory:
60 € - Late check-in from 9 pm to 8 am
300 € security deposit to bring cash (or by transfer) at check-in, it is refundable upon check-out when the apartment is returned in undamaged condition.
For rent:
5 €/pc - towel for beach
10 €/booking - 2 beach umbrellas for the beach
10 €/booking - 2 bathrobes for terrace and apartment
30 €/booking - baby chair for eating
50 €/booking - baby travel cot for sleeping
Extra heating, due to the high electricity cost in Spain and due to the consumption of this electrical equipment:
10 € /day - Underfloor heating in both bathrooms
10 € /day - up to 40 degrees hot in Jacuzzi, 26 degrees included but that is pretty cold from October to June, I would say.
75 € - One extra mid-cleaning including change of sheets and towels
