Process step by step
After we agreed on the dates and price I will send you a rental agreement.
You should read and sign all pages, scan/take a photo and send it back within 2 days, and pay the booking fee of 30% and confirm it.
Minimum 60 days prior to arrival you play the pending amount of 70% and confirm this too please.

Cancellation

In the event of your wish to cancel your booking, the booking fee of 30% is never refunded and the following applies:

100% of the rental amount (after the deducted booking fee) is refunded if you cancel more than 60 days before arrival.

75% of the rental amount (after the deducted booking fee) is refunded if you cancel more than 45 days before arrival.

50% of the rental amount (after the deducted booking fee) is refunded if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival.

25% of the rental amount (after the deducted booking fee) is refunded if you cancel more than 15 days before arrival.

0% of the rental amount is refunded if you cancel less than 15 days before arrival.

No matter what the reason for your cancellation is, you should ensure that you are covered by home/travel insurance for an unexpected event. You can ask me for a reciept if you need it.
In a case of force majeure, like Covid-19, and the Spanish/your Government will not allow you to travel. You will receive a credit of the rental amount, after the deducted booking fee.

Declaration
You (the guest) are over 25 years of age and you agree to return the property in the same good condition, as you received it.
Deposit 300 € is mandatory to bring in cash to check in, the deposit is refunded upon checkout when the apartment is returned
in the same undamaged condition as when the rental period began.
You are responsible for all damages or breakages you might have caused.
You also agree to not make annoying, unhealthy, noxious, dangerous, or illegal activities, damage the walls.
NO smoking inside and NO pets allowed.
The signed contract is only valid together with a receipt of transfer of 30% paid by the guest.
You agree to the terms and conditions by returning the contract signed.

Unless otherwise decided, you have access to the apartment on the day of arrival from 16:00
And must leave the apartment no later than 10:00 on the day of departure
